• Food Safety and Handling:
  
• I will follow all rules of conduct related to the use of the Easy Entrees facilities during my assembling session.
  
• I will not attend my Easy Entrees session if I have, or have been exposed to any communicable diseases including cold, flu, etc.
  
• I will assume all responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of all the dinners I create at Easy Entrees.
  
• I will immediately store or freeze my Easy Entrees meals following my session, pickup or delivery. I understand that safe refrigerator temperatures are at or below 41 degrees F, and freezer temperatures are at or below 0 degrees F. I understand that entrees that will not be cooked within 2-3 days should be frozen right away. Thawed entrees will be cooked within 2-3 days.
  
• I understand that the cooking instructions provided suggest safe cooking times and temperatures. I will heat all dinners to the appropriate internal temperature as instructed. (Always use a meat thermometer to check the temperature and ensure doneness while maintaining taste and flavor).
  
• I will always wash my hands with warm, soapy water before preparing and eating food.
  
• I will agree to release Easy Entrees from all claims, damages and causes of action or liability which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of Easy Entrees meals.
  
• I understand that Easy Entrees cannot guarantee that foods wil be prepared in compliance with my special dietary or food allergy requirements.
  
• I understand that Easy Entrees provides a wide variety of foods and ingredients, and while great care and diligence is exercised in the preparation of all ingredients and entrees, Easy Entrees cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

Terms of Kitchen Session:

• For guests attending a session to prepare their meals, the minimum order is 8 entrees. For guests desiring delivery, the minimum order is $100. For guests who desire to pick up their meals, there is no minimum order.
  
• If you would like to split your meals with an attending friend, we ask that you notify the store in advance.
  
• All food containers will be provided by Easy Entrees. Please do not bring your own.
  
• Bring a cooler or tote to transport food home.
  
• For your safety, as well as the safety of the little ones, we ask that no one under the age of 9 attend.

Rescheduling Policy:

We understand certain situations come up which may require you to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Because we place your food order prior to your session, we ask for a 2 business-day notification and would be happy to apply a credit towards a future session, if rescheduled within two weeks. This policy allows Easy Entrees to continue to offer you healthy nutritious entrees at a reasonable price. Thank you for letting us serve you.
